Characteristics
- Binding agent for thickening cherries in syrup, apple sauce, apricot pulp, etc.
- Must first be mixed with sugar to prevent lumps from forming
- Packaging: 10 kg and 25 kg bags
Recipe + method
- 100 g UCBA per litre of liquid
- Sugar (quantity to be decided by yourself)
- First mix the sugar and UCBA and then add to the mixture that needs binding.
- Mix well.
