Mix for deliciously crisp cake and tart bottoms

Characteristics
- This dough can be rolled out very thinly without tearing
- The dough will not collapse during baking, even when placed in a form with an upright edge (rings)
- Refined flavour
- Moulds do not need to be greased
- The dough can be processed immediately
- Packaging: 20 kg bags
Ingredients
- 1 kg croûte mix
- 150 g water
- Mix using the hook until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
- Line the moulds with the dough.
- Bake at 180 to 200°C.
