Special powdered mix for frangipanes

Recipe
1500 g Frang mix
300 g Eggs
300 g butter
400 or 500 g water
Method
- Stir the butter until smooth using a butterfly whisk (waffle).
- Add the Frang mix to the eggs and mix briefly.
- Continue mixing at low speed and gradually add the water.
- Mix until you have a nice smooth batter.
- Fill the moulds and bake at 180°C.
Amand’or
- Special frangipane powder, based on ground almonds, for making frangipanes
- Also a delicious filling for cakes

400 g butter
500 g eggs
Method
- First, beat the butter until smooth
- Mix all ingredients at low speed with the butterfly whisk (waffle) for 5 minutes.
